O’Malley-Keyes – Art for all Mankind is the brain child of Cape Cod artist Julia O’Malley-Keyes. All of Ms. O’Malley-Keyes’ prints are created with images of her original paintings applied to the finest quality substrate available. She has made a commitment to source all of her fine art reproductions from companies located in the United States. Cape Cod Artist Julia O’Malley-Keyes is known for her dedication to charities, and that history continues through the donation of 10% of her business net income to numerous national and local areas of need including JDF, Figawi Charities, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, A Baby Center and more.
The path to O’Malley-Keyes – Art for all Mankind.
In 1969 Ms. O’Malley-Keyes landed on Cape Cod. A “Wash Ashore” is what they call those of us who weren’t born on “The Cape”. She opened her first art gallery in 1970 in Provincetown at the age of 22. During that time she was a studio model and eventually studied with Henry Hensche, an internationally acclaimed painter known for his impressionist paintings and color theory. After many years of travel and study Ms. O’Malley-Keyes settled in Falmouth and in 1996 opened another award winning Cape Cod art gallery, Day Hill Fine Art. In 2009 she made the decision to close her gallery to devote all of her time to painting and traveling. In 2015 after a few years of missing contact with her clients and friends she has decided to open another Cape Cod art gallery studio in Falmouth. Best known for her highly detailed classic sailing yachts in her marine paintings, Ms. O’Malley-Keyes is also deeply attached to figurative painting, in particular dance, and enjoys painting the lovely landscape around her home on Cape Cod.
